I think this whale watching stuff is becoming an addiction. You know how some people need to smoke ten cigarettes a day, well I need to see whales every so often and it was such a relief to find a mother and calf Southern right yesterday! They came so close to the boat that we could see them by transparence. We got very lucky to find any, most of the Southern rights have already gone to their feeding grounds near Antartica.
Je crois que ces baleines sont entrain de devenir une drogue. Vous savez comme certaines personnes ont besoin de fumer dix cigarettes par jour, j'ai besoin de voir des baleines de temps en temps, et ce matin j'ai pu me " shooter" à la Baleine franche. Cette femelle et son petit sont venus tellement près du bateau que l'on pouvait les voir en transparence. Nous avons sûrement vus les dernières de la saison, la plupart des Baleines franche ont déjà quitté les côtes Argentines.
